This is a late-period biker's tag, so it's estimated to be from around the 1980s to 1990s. While there is no extreme damage, there are minor scratches, fraying, and wrinkles in various places due to the age of the product. There are also some pills on the cuffs of the liner. The horizontal scratch on the back is the most noticeable. It's in reasonably good condition for its age, and there is no fatal damage that would affect wear.
