I've used it about 10 times. There are no noticeable stains or scratches as far as I can see with the naked eye, but it's a used item, so please understand. There are pockets on both sides, one zippered pocket inside, and two small pockets. It's about 29 cm wide, 20 cm tall, and 10 cm thick. There is no box. #Coach
