It functions properly. There are minor scratches in various places. There is no significant damage. There is a noticeable odor, likely from a previous owner who had a dog. I do not have any pets, and while the smell is present, it's not overpowering and is still usable. It's a large seat, approximately 16-17 inches in diameter.
