I bought this to keep warm inside the Disney park because I was cold. (The Sherry Mae doll is not for sale) I used it twice in the park and once while skiing. It's for adults, not children. The size can be adjusted at the top. It's clean, but it has been used, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
