Purchased this 250Ω high-impedance model from Soundhouse in 2020. I rarely use it these days because the curly cord is inconvenient, and I bought a higher-end model. There's no significant deterioration, but I think there might be some dirt on the ear pads. I don't smoke. There is no box. Only the main unit and a 3.5mm to 6.3mm adapter plug are included.
