I believe this was a bonus item when I purchased the DVD. It's a Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea playing card set. The cards are about the size of an amiibo card. It has been stored for a long time, so there are some stains and scratches on the shrink wrap, but it is a new, unopened item.
