Purchased new and used only twice. Both times, the zip-in floor was used, so the tent has basically not been in contact with the ground, and there are no noticeable stains. (The storage case has some minor stains.) The poles are not bent, and the pegs are unused. The zip-in floor was wiped clean after each use and stored, so it is in good condition. Will be shipped in two separate packages.
