I also used these as everyday sandals. At the beach and water play areas, the toes were well-protected, so I could let the kids play with peace of mind. My two children wore them for one season. I tried hard to wash them, but the dirt on the white parts, such as the soles, didn't come off. I will pack them by crushing them.
