This is a collaboration hat between CA4LA and Cojicoji. I bought it several years ago, but I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I've kept it in a dark place. I think it's rare because it's no longer sold. A scarf is wrapped as a ribbon, which is cute. The scarf is removable and can be used separately.
