I used these for lessons twice a week for about six months, and then didn't use them for about 10 years. There are almost no scratches, but there is a faint scuff mark on the satin fabric of the left heel (on the inside). There are signs of wear such as dirt. The protective seal on the bottom of one of the heel caps has come off. They are in good condition and I think they can still be used, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as they are old. I would be happy if someone could use them.
