This is a trifold diaper pouch. In the state shown in the first photo, it's approximately 27 cm wide and 23 cm long. In the state shown in the third photo, it's approximately 27 cm wide and 48 cm long. It also has a wet wipe holder! The zipper on the mesh pouch is torn (see photos).
