Spain's Hot Table by Chihiro Otsuki Textbook of Italian Cuisine by Fumiyo Kawakami This is a set of the two books listed above. Both books have discoloration, stains, scratches, and dirt due to aging. I used them while cooking, so please understand if I missed any dirt. I used Spain's Hot Table frequently, so many pages open too wide. There are also some folded corners. I hardly used the Textbook of Italian Cuisine, but there are wrinkles on the back cover.
