This is a fringed muffler with a blue and black striped design. The length is approximately 66cm (including fringe) when folded in half (photo 6). There was a name written on it, which has been painted over in black (photo 4). I bought it to go ice skating and used it once, then stored it at home. Thank you for your consideration.
