I purchased this item new and unused on Mercari. It was described as being small, so it was stated that it would be a good fit for a 15cm foot size. My child, who was around that size, tried them on. Even though my child is also slender, the ankle opening is quite tight as shown in the image, making it difficult to put them on. However, once they were on, I think the snug fit was good. If you prefer something easier to slip on and off, you might consider using insoles to make them suitable for a 14cm foot size.
