I've only used it a few times as a replacement when I washed the one I usually use, so the elastic isn't stretched out and it's in relatively good condition. The claws take a little practice to open and close, but once you get the hang of it, you don't need much force and can easily remove them with one touch. However, they hold the diaper securely, so I never had to worry about it coming off, which was really convenient. Since the fasteners are plastic, they're gentler on the skin than metal. My elderly dog wore them 24 hours a day without any skin irritation, and she didn't seem to mind wearing them. The elastic fabric is a bit firm, so it might not be suitable for dogs with thin fur around their necks due to illness or old age (-_-;) I'm selling this because I hope those who are struggling with diaper slippage and leaks will try it.
