This is an earthing mat from Relaxlife, including the accessory cord. I received it as a gift, so I don't know how to use it and haven't used it. Apparently, it's a very good health product for those who know how to use it. The instruction manual is a bit worn, but it's included. There's some fine dust on the rubber mat, but I haven't used it. It seems like it attracts dust from the air. I haven't specifically cleaned it, so please wash it with water when you receive it.
