I can't hear sound in my left ear. I can hear in my right ear. Both the buttons and microphone work. There is a scratch on the left earbud (circled in the second image). I purchased these at the Apple Store in Nagoya Sakae. This item is outside of the warranty period. I will disinfect and sanitize the part that goes in the ear with alcohol wipes, and clean the speaker part with a cotton swab before shipping. I plan to ship via Yu-Packet Post Mini, packing the cable as shown in the first image, along with the instructions, back in the box, and then wrapping it in OPP.
