Kazuwo Takamizawa, a Prime Minister's Award-winning artist, created this kokeshi doll. I received it as a gift and have been displaying it. Please refer to the photos for the condition. There are pen marks around the neck. I haven't confirmed whether they are oil-based or water-based.
