This is a notebook, like a journal, for recording meals. I bought it in Australia a few years ago and it's unused. It has color pages throughout and allows you to record what you've eaten. It also includes recipes. Please note that it has been stored at home, and as you can see in the photos, there are a few scratches. Please only purchase if you are okay with this.
