Thank you for viewing. I have used this a few times to cook rice. The rice paddle and measuring cup are not included, but I will include the instruction manual and recipe book. It seems you can cook by just putting in the ingredients and leaving it, but I haven't been able to use it very well, so I'm selling it. I've only cooked rice in it, so I think it's relatively clean, but it's a used cooking appliance, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about its condition. *I use recycled cardboard for packaging. #ShopJapan #ElectricPressureCooker
