This is a Noh mask made by a relative approximately 15 years ago. I don't know much about it, but it seems to be unfinished and suitable for practicing painting. There are areas where something has been painted or scraped off. The nose area has a fairly thick layer of paint. The character "月之" (Tsukino) is written on the cheek in pen. There is a signature carved by the maker on the back. There are some traces of cellophane tape on the back. Please also be aware that there is dust, scratches, and dirt accumulated during the making and storage of the mask. Would this be suitable for someone who enjoys making Noh masks as a hobby, or for practice?
