This is a used item. There is some soiling and scratches. It seems the volume can be adjusted in three steps, but the difference in volume between the first and second steps is not very clear. Otherwise, I believe there are no other problems as far as I have checked. This product is discontinued, so it may be difficult to obtain. I will not respond to price negotiations, but I will gradually lower the price.
