This is an official Rayquaza playmat distributed to commemorate the release of the Korean "Sky-Splitting Charisma" Pokémon card set. There are only about 15 of these playmats in the world, making it extremely rare. There is some wear and tear (especially on the upper right), so please understand this before purchasing.
