This is a plushie of Shizue from Animal Crossing. It has been displayed in a room. I have a cat. The cat has not been allowed to touch the plushie, but please refrain from purchasing if you have allergies or are sensitive to such things. The head looks dirty, but it was originally like this when purchased.
