This is a set of 7 black lacquered small bowls, part of a wooden black lacquered meal set used for weddings, funerals, and other ceremonies up until around the early Showa era. Bowl: Approximately 11 cm in diameter x 5 cm in height. The last image shows an example of a small painting I did and used at home. They could also be used for painting.
