Thank you for viewing. This is a commemorative item from the 2013 Central League championship. It's a magnifying glass that lights up. I opened it for the photos, but it's unused. Since it's from that era, the box shows some deterioration. I haven't changed the batteries, but it still lights up as shown in the photos. Thank you.
