This is an "ambai" brand small, square frying pan for making Japanese-style omelets (tamagoyaki). It's a beautiful, made-in-Japan product, but I'm selling it because I wasn't able to use iron products effectively. I couldn't remove stuck-on food well, and since I didn't use it on an induction cooktop, there are noticeable scratches on the bottom from the gas stove. Overall, it shows considerable signs of use, so I'm offering it at a low price. Please consider purchasing only if you are not concerned about minor details and understand the above.
