This is an unreleased and unmarketed CD by Kazutaka Horio. "Sailing...Minami e" (released in 2010) was released, but this is a phantom CD created in 2003 that was not released due to circumstances. For this reason, even though the title is the same, the jacket image differs from the 2010 release of the same name, and the included songs are also slightly different. As this album has not been released on the market, it is likely a highly sought-after item for enthusiasts.
