This item has been worn quite a bit, so it shows some signs of use, but there are no particularly noticeable stains and it hasn't been labeled. There is some fading on the cuffs and the center pocket, and some slight fraying on the ribbed part of the left sleeve cuff. It is not fleece-lined. The main body is 100% cotton, and it seems to have been comfortable to wear. The dark red color is eye-catching, so it was helpful for spotting my child at the park. I am also listing this on other sites, so I may suddenly remove it if it is sold elsewhere.
