I myself have worn it twice: once for a short indoor fitting and once for a wedding. I don't see any noticeable stains, but please understand that there may be wrinkles as it has been worn a few times. My daughter, who is 1 year and 8 months old and 80cm tall, wore it and it came to just above her ankles. The tulle and ribbons are lovely, making it perfect for birthday outfits.
