I purchased this at a store and have kept it at home without wearing it. The frills on the collar are detachable with buttons. The sleeves are slightly balloon-shaped, with elastic in the back. The material is sheer, so you'll need to wear a camisole or something similar underneath. It's also cute to wear it open as a cardigan.
