Purchased around the summer of 2023. Used several times at live concerts. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item. It lights up without any problems if batteries are inserted (AAA batteries x 3). To prevent malfunctions, the batteries will be removed before shipping.
