This is an animation card (magic playing cards) from Tenyo's World Greatest Magic series. All the cards are present and in excellent condition with no folds, wrinkles, or stains (I don't remember playing with the cards). The outer box and instruction manual have scratches, scuffs, and folds, but are included.
