I've used it for about half a year (^^) I don't think there's any dirt, but there might be some scratches, like nail marks. I think the condition is very clean, in my opinion. It has been cleaned and disinfected with alcohol! Since a child used it, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
