No tears. Purchased at a Ferragamo directly-managed store. I usually buy boots in size 25 cm. I forgot the size of these, but I think they are probably 24.5 cm or 25 cm. I think the size difference can be adjusted by inserting insoles. I usually wear boots size 25.
