This item was received over a year ago. As shown in the 9th image, there is a small initial scratch on the main body of the hair dryer. The case and outer box have dents, scratches, and scuffs. Please consider these as extras. I turned it on once to check the operation. The attachments are unused and have not been taken out of the case. Operation has been confirmed.
