This is a tsumami zaiku (pinched fabric) hairband made of ivory and white crepe fabric, suitable for both Japanese and Western clothing. * Finished size is 38cm (suitable for average head circumference of babies aged 3-12 months). The soft band stretches about 10cm. (If it's too big, pinch the band slightly.) * The back of the tsumami zaiku flowers is felt with a non-slip finish.
