This is a Roland bass drum. The head has some damage. The mesh is double-layered, but it's torn as shown in the images. You can still use it without replacing the pad, but it might be better to apply a head patch to protect the head that you stick on the bass drum! It should work perfectly fine for normal use. I have confirmed that it works. Although it shows some signs of use, I think it's still in usable condition. Please check the photos for details.
