This is a violin bow. The hair cannot be replaced. A workshop employee cut the hair off, leaving some of it stuck in the ferrule. They really messed it up. It can be used without issue if the hair is removed, but I couldn't remove it, so I'm selling it at a low price. Please purchase only if you understand the situation.
