I'm selling this because the kneading sensation wasn't quite to my liking. I've barely touched it, just inspected it. It comes with the bag, powder, and instruction manual. The box will be flattened for shipping. The tag will be removed before shipping. It will be slightly compressed for shipping. The paper tag on top seems to fold easily, and it was already like this from the beginning (see photo).
