This is an MA-1 vest commemorating Avirex's 50th anniversary. It's a women's size, but it fits me perfectly, and I'm 172cm with an average build. It doesn't have any padding, so it's a comfortable fabric to wear in the fall. It has a simple design that goes well with anything. I bought it at a store for 22,000 yen.
