This is a TaylorMade M4 driver. It's 9.5° with an SR shaft and does not include a head cover. I can provide a Bridgestone head cover if desired. It's in good condition, but there are some minor scratches and signs of use, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about these details.
