This is a round teacup that I purchased at an antique market about 20 years ago. It has a lovely appearance, and I used to display it in the spring during the season of the paperbush (mitsumata). The red-painted fish and paperbush are very charming. The crackle pattern tells a story of being cherished and used for many years. There are cracks (nyu) visible from the crackle. Currently, there is no water leakage, but the cracks may worsen due to the stimulation of transport, or the blockage in the cracks may be resolved, leading to water leakage.
