I purchased this in Europe the year before last. I haven't had a chance to use it, and it's been stored with the tags still attached. It doesn't have much of a scent. It's no longer sold, so I think it's a pretty rare and limited edition headband. It's a headband with a D-Halloween or 80s-like atmosphere design! ※This was not purchased in Hong Kong or Shanghai, so it does not have a Chinese tag.
