A cute punk rock-style Cecil McBee bear top dress that I bought over 20 years ago and have never worn! I threw away the tags when I bought it, so they are not included. Since it's old, the black faux leather parts have some slight discoloration in places due to aging, but it's hardly noticeable unless you look closely. It looks even cuter with a petticoat, which makes the skirt part flare out! It's slim-fitting but very cute!
