Since these are sandals, the sizes are in 1cm increments. I wear a 24, but these felt a little big. I think the width also plays a factor. I've worn them 5 times, but I'm selling them because I'm going to buy a different size. I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that these are used items.
