This is a long-sleeved cut and sew from H&M with tulle frills. The size is marked as 122/128, but it has a rather fitted silhouette, so I think it can be worn by those around size 120! I really liked it, but I bought it at my exact size, so I didn't wear it much before outgrowing it. There are frills on the shoulders, which really stand out. It looks very cute paired with overalls or denim!
