This is a Leblanc LL clarinet, the flagship model. It's similar to the R13 from Buffet Crampon. It appears to be from the 1970s. It has some scratches, but as far as I can see, there are no cracks. It can produce sound in its current condition, but it would be a wonderful instrument after an overhaul. Leblancs have good intonation and make it easy to play altissimo notes. You can enjoy a different sound from a Crampon. The subtly brown, lustrous grenadilla wood is beautiful. I hope you'll try the warm sound of a Leblanc.
