DVD purchased in America. The outer plastic wrap is unopened. As you can see from the last photo, the plastic wrap is a bit "melty" (lol). I think the plastic case will be clean once the wrap is removed, but... I can't check the contents, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
