This is a US military fleece. I bought it at a shop in Kin-cho, Okinawa Prefecture that sells items discarded by the US military. I'm not very knowledgeable, but it's probably genuine US military issue. The size is marked as M, but it fits like a Large to XL. The elastic in the drawcord to cinch the waist is a little stretched out. It provides excellent warmth, but the fleece has a well-used feel. Please check the photos.
